This product is mainly used for prestressed and post-tensioning technology in variousshapes of prestressed concrete structures,and widely used for civil engineering construction, such as large scale railroad, high-way bridges, building trusses,overhead crane beams, industrial and prefabricated concrete floor,Wall board,tubular piles, PC water pipes, TV towers and nuclear power station,etc.
Diameter: 3.5mm, 4.0mm, 4.8mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm, 7.0mm, 7.5mm, 8.0mm, 9.0mm, 9.3mm
Raw Material: high carbon steel wire rod SWRH77B, SWRH82B and other grade.
Standard: ASTMA421, AS/NZS4672, BS5896, EN10138-2, GB/T5223, JISG3536, NBR7482
Surface: plain/smooth, spiral/helical ribs, indent
Tensile Strength: 1570Mpa, 1670Mpa, 1770Mpa etc
Relaxation on 1000 hours: 2.0% max
Elongation at breakage: 4.0% min
Export Packing: baling strip, inside plastic cover, outside PP packing cloth
Package Weight: 800kg-1600kg
Application: cement electricity poles, railway sleeper, subway track board, concrete piles, beams, girders, slabs, hollow floor board, double-T board, PHC, PPCP.
